An experienced education professional, Jan Goldner spent 10 years working in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) support for middle schools in Broward County, Florida. In this position, Jan Goldner monitored the academic and behavioral success of students with disabilities and offered them the tools necessary for success. She regularly met with parents, staff, and students to form individual plans for meeting educational goals. In addition to this position, she served as assistant and then intern principal in the same school system. Her duties included evaluation of teaching staff, effective communication with parents, and employee development. During her tenure, she focused on collaboration with organizations in the community and implemented several technological solutions.
Jan Goldner maintains a strong commitment to philanthropy and provides support to a wide range of organizations, including the American Legion, the Veterans Association, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the Humane Society, and the Autism Society. Ms. Goldner also stays active by biking, hiking, and practicing yoga. In addition, she has a passion for travel and counts Italy, France, and Ireland among her favorite destinations.
